Holland America Line’s (“HAL’s”) Glacier Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) is available only to guests who are at least 21 years of age or older at time of participation in the Guarantee and who complete a HAL Alaska Cruise or HAL Alaska Cruisetour between May–September 2024 and May–September 2025 (each a “Cruise”). If a port of call or cruisetour featuring a Glacier (as defined below), as set forth in the applicable published Cruise itinerary, is canceled by HAL, HAL will provide the guest with a Promotional Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”) equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the guest’s Cruise fare. A “Glacier” is any Alaska glacier featured at a port of call or on a cruisetour per its published itinerary. This Guarantee shall not apply when there is more than one port of call or cruisetour featuring a Glacier on a Cruise, per its published itinerary, when only one applicable port of call or cruisetour has been canceled.
